King Steel Corp provides internal operational alerts and security notifications through the Thermal Nexus platform. These messages are intended for employees and authorized personnel to provide real-time equipment status alerts (such as furnace overtemp notifications) and identity verification via password reset codes.

Message frequency varies based on user activity and equipment conditions. Users can expect to receive alerts only when triggered by system events or specific user requests (e.g., a password reset). We implement a daily cap of 20 alerts and 2 password reset messages per user.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or long code from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time via the Thermal Nexus user portal.
